I have been using walgreens since my kids were little, and even know years later continued. Just last month I went and refilled my thyroid medication like I always have. Well today I attempted to do the same and was told they no longer get accept the type of bcbs insurance I have. Wow, really! Guess they just lost a loyal customer.

If u pickup your meds from this pathetic location please do not deal with a moron called Addison. This guy should be fired on the spot. He will give u prescriptions that u don’t need and when u go back his personality is about like a piece of dog poop. Very rude and will not help u and tell u sorry we don’t take prescriptions back or refund your card. Worthless guy

My wife has a severe infection, possibly sepsis. This afternoon her doctor said that until the cultures and blood tests come back she would send a prescription for Keflex to your pharmacy on South Telegraph Road in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. I've been checking your app all day and called the store at about 9:30 pm. After sitting on hold for 35 minutes I gave up. I've been in your store in the late evening several times and unless everyone in the pharmacy was dead or drunk I was being ignored. That sort of customer service is just plain unprofessional and rude. My wife is sick, I know you deal with a lot of sick people but your staff could have at least told me to get lost and not let hang on the phone of more than a half an hour.

I waited all day yesterday for a Xarelto prescription they told me it was filled I go up there and they can't get it I called again they told me they could give me a partial order I go up there again then they tell me that the pharmacist won't let me have a partial order it took me 45 minutes to speak to somebody this morning at the Maryville Tennessee foothill store this isn't fair to me are anybody else you need to fix these situations situations because they're our long lines for the pharmacy on both phone and pick up for prescriptions my name is Roberta burpee

My doctor called in a prescription for syringes filled with saline solution. This is used to flush IVs and other medical tubes. It's been a month and I still don't have the syringes or an explanation of why they can't get these syringes. The pharmacist is rude, arrogant, and should be fired. On multiple occasions the pharmacist has told me they were out of my medication and when I asked when they would get the meds in, his response "I don't know when the medication will be here, we'll call you". After two weeks they finally received the medication. This is a medication that put me in the hospital when I accidentally missed two days of my medication. Don't ever use the Walgreens in zephyrhills.
