Low quality of customer service. Empty shelves. Long lines for prescriptions. Btw Plastic containers for meds should be banned everywhere. Walgreens uses huge containers just for a few small pills 💊 that must stop ✋

Walgreens on route 50 in Wilton, omg what a joke! This month called to c if my script was ready, this is what I got “ pharmacy is closed today” period nothing else, no explanation, no information on how I can get my script that day, just “closed” OMG! How does this store stay in business, they just can’t keep their staff, the pick up window is closed more then it is open! I even called the Walgreens in Saratoga west Ave, but the can’t fill my script because it was called into Walgreens on rte 50! They for some reason, can’t hold on to their staff, so they hurt their customer! Who does that Only Walgreens. WTH!

customer service lady Namtrata. Purchased Boots #7 products. She was so helpful, pleasant, something rare today in customer service. I will certainly return because of her excellent customer service, still alive and living in the USA today!! Thank you Namtrata, hope I got your name right location 439 W. I really wish I could give 1/5 of a star. It's crazy how you have to stand in line to drop off your prescriptions. The drive through line was wrapped around the corner and the inside was no better. It's been like this 3 days straight. I still have my prescription waiting to drop it off when I see shorter lines. I sure do miss rite aide‼️

I went to fill a prescription from my doctor for pain medication. I have a pinched nerve in my back and am in severe pain, and am unable to sleep. Walgreens gave me 7 pills with a partial refill. The wonderful computer answering service give you no options so you can't speak to anyone. So it told me my refill would be ready after 10am the next day. I drove into town and was told that my insurance wouldn't cover the cost until the next day. I drove back in, and was told that the prescription wasn't ready, even though it was ready the day before. I went to the next town to go shopping, and 3 hours later it still wasn't ready. Now for the really frustrating part. My doctor gave me a prescription for 20 pills, yet Walgreens elected to only give me 7, and then a refill of 7, with no refills. How can Walgreens arbitrarily alter a doctor's prescription? They said I was opioid naive. Being a transplant patient, I have been on opioid medication before. Apparently Walgreens can alter a prescription from a doctor who knows my medical history, and they apparently are ignorant of my history. Unbelievable!

I picked up 2 prescriptions from the Walgreens at Smokey Hill and Aurora Parkway store #11615. I noticed that one of the drugs looked different from what I usually get so I went back and spoke with the pharmacist. The drug was in a small capsule and the directions said to take one half dose at a time where I normally got one capsule in which I could take the whole thing. I asked the pharmacist how to get the capsule open since it was so small and then insure I was getting one half of the powder per dosage. He got very nasty and said he could not take the drug back. I told him I understood that but my question was how to correctly take the drug. He started yelling and said to put it all in applesauce and then divide it in two. I gave up and called my doctor. They discovered they had called in the wrong prescription so they called in the correct one. I got a message saying it was ready so i went to pick it up at the drive through. The counter girl acknowledged me and then I waited and waited and I finally yelled through the window to ask if it was ready. She held up a finger like hold on but never spoke to me. I waited some more and she finally got my prescription. I asked her what the hold up was and she said they misplaced it. Both her and the pharmacist were extremely rude. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE???? I came in to pick up 3 dozen pictures. Went to the counter and finally some young girl showed up and didn't say a thing so I said I'm here to pick up pictures. She finds them and hands then to me and starts walking away. Still no smile and no words. I asked "so you can't ring them up for me?" she mumbled something and looked at me with the most disgusting face and still I have no idea what she said and I said "ok I'II pay for them up front at that cash register. I immediately asked for a manager but first I paid for the pics. By the time I reached ADAM the assistant manager he got a different story. I tried telling him how rude this girl was and she was put out by me asking her to ring the pics up and he started TALKING OVER ME!!!!!! I spoke louder to finish my sentence When he - EVEN MUCH LOUDER TOLD ME I WAS OUT OF CONTROL AND CAUSING A SCENE!!! OMG !!! Italked back in his same volume and said I am NOT OUT OF CONTROL I wanted to complain about a rude clerk! HE THEN SAID IN A VERY LOUD VOICE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND HIS COWORKER TO LEAVE THE STORE !!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????? I'm 65 years old and these are people in their 20 and 30's talking to me the customer in the most disrespectful humiliating way! AND TO LEAVE THE STORE! I called the store manager when I got home and literally got treated the exact same way. He would not listen to me and said that the store clerks and managers can kick out anyone who is causing a scene and they are taught that !!!!!!! lended up calling the regional manager and filed a complaint. They said it takes up to 10 days to hear back. I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT INTO WALGREENS ON EAST BELTLINE, Grand Rapids, Michigan. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE TODAY. THIS IS THE NEW GENERATION OF STORE CLERKS AND MANAGERS. TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL, AND RUDE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT DOESN'T APPLY IN THIS STORE. WHO KNOWS MAYBE ALL WALGREENS HAVE STOOPED TO THIS LEVEL OF LOW!!!!!!

Walgreens on 13th and 2nd Ave. in Miami - grossly understaffed with the most incompetent people imaginable. Only thing worse is the staff in the call center when you think you've reached your store (because they TELL you it is your store!) and then, when they decide they cannot help, they transfer you to ... the store ... where they cannot help either. Spent 4 days and probably 4 phone calls per day trying to get a vacation supply of meds - with total cooperation from the insurance company, and massive incompetence at every level of Walgreens.
