No carts - none! Not even baskets! We went through most of the year last year without shopping carts, and should bring our own or carry what we can in our hands. The Denver store on Evans/Downing used to be the main model store, now it's a ghetto shop: dirty, half stocked, rude employees. I used to shop there 2x a week and loved going there, now it takes me 2 weeks to talk myself into it. And those so-called bonuses earned! Not honored. They should just close and make room for a decent store.

The photo department was rude, refused to help, sat w girlfriend staring at me.

I go to my local Walgreens for prescriptions and shopping because it’s very convenient. The service I get at the pharmacy is good. However, the customer service I get at the general checkout is subpar. There are three or four workers who are rude. Most never say hello and thank you, and you can forget asking for help because it doesn’t happen. Sometimes they gather together when they’re supposed to be stocking and talk and laugh loudly about their personal lives. I’m used to being glared at, stared at, and not spoken to when I check out. However, after this morning’s transaction when I asked to use my Walgreen’s Cash towards my purchase and the cashier rolled her eyes at me, I’m DONE. I told the cashier that she had an attitude and she said “Absolutely not!” along with more glaring. I’ve spent a lot of money at this Walgreen’s over the years. From now on, I will be only using the pharmacy.

The app is clunky and won't let you remove insurance from an order. Chat with an expert can't edit orders. I call the local pharmacy like they tell me to, but I'm on hold for over an hour. The only option I have is to drive there, wait in line, and tell them I don't want insurance to cover it because they won't. Have them tell me to come back in 2 hours when it's ready, then do that. WHY CAN'T THE APP OR WEBSITE DO THIS??!?!?! WHAT?!?!?! JUST LET ME EDIT IT ONLINE! EVERY TIME I FILL AN ORDER ITS LIKE IM SPEAKING A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE!

Worst Possible Customer Service … happy to rip off customers! Visited Wallgreens at Henderson (Boulder Highway at Lake Mead Parkway). As an International visitor to USA my cellphone has a UK number. At check-out I was asked for my cell number (didn’t realise why) but was told they couldn’t accept my cell number and despite my basket being obviously full of offers the consequences were not explained and consequently I was charged full price on every single item. My bill was a full $40 more than if I had benefitted from the offers! Will be returning the items to try for a refund but not holding out much hope.

I understood the terrible service at Walgreens during the pandemic. However, it is now essentially July 2023 so the pandemic excuse doesn’t fly anymore. The last few times my doctor has sent in a script, it has taken 4-5 days to fill it - for common medication. Dropping off or picking up a script requires approximately an hour wait in line. The drive thru now only has one window open although I was the 9th car! The line in the store was equally as bad. This wasn’t at a peak hour but at 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon. Walgreens has switched to robotic distributors centers but has forgotten that people need their meds in a timely manner & expect customer service. Totally unacceptable! Walgreens has in the past not filled my prescriptions. I was so happy when my insurance at work had a contract with CVS and I changed. Well, then I left my place of employment and went back to my previous employer, which had a contract with Walgreens. I felt that maybe they changed. No, they did not! They have a pattern of zero accountability. My medicine was sent to another location. I went to their other location to pick my medication. I specifically told Walgreens that the location that is closest is Hialeah location. They said they would put it in their system. I believed them. Turns out that per Walgreens told me that I said to change the Hialeah location which is closer to my residence to a Walgreens that was further from my residence. I told them I did not give them authorization at all to change my location where I pick up my medication. Then just now, they tell me my physician which only has the Hialeah location in their system, called the prescription in another Walgreens which is the same one which they claim I transfer my medicines to. I said no my physician calls me now because my doctor is well aware of what hurdles Walgreens forces me to jump. And he is not happy with their zero accountability policy! Don’t fill your prescriptions @ Walgreens!

I went to have my Canadian passport photo taken at Wellgreens Tumwater. The counter lady said yes they could do it. When I came back after 20minutes to pick up my photos, the lady charged me the full price of $18.00 and gave me a sheet of uncut photos telling me to find someone who could cut them because they didn't have the right sized cutter for Canadian passport photo. I went home and researched on Canadian government website to find out Passport applicants are not allowed to cut photos by themselves, it must be done by professional photo studios. The Wellgreens photo service staff obviously had no knowledge of passport photo standards and no good understanding on how important it was to deliver a completed work to customers let alone quality work . She didn't charge me half price but didn't hesitate to deliver a half done work. I was very disappointed. I went to Staples today to have my photos retaken and walked away with two correctly cut and stamped Canadian passport photos, happy ending thanks to the professional staff at the Staples photo service counter.
