I've been trying to complete my shingles shot series. I made an appointment the other day and, after 45 min, was told it could be another hour. I made another appointment for today and waited almost an hour. This is not a fault of my local store. They need more staff. Upper management has failed!

Walgreens is selling fake used gift cards and not refunding your money. Please do not buy any gift cards from them. I hope I am anot the only one

I used to shop at Walgreens all the time. Even though prices are higher than places like Walmart, they always had good coupons. Most places are switching to apps to make shopping easier. Not Walgreens! They require you to try to clip tiny coupons on your phone that only show a tiny portion of the name and pictures you cannot see on a phone when in the store on your phone. It is so frustrating that the last 2 times I just gave up. So is this the plan? Show decent prices with coupons you can’t use so you just give up and pay full price. After shopping here for years and years I’m done with Walgreens!!! I will go to a store that makes it easy to use coupons or just use Amazon. Nice job of driving customers away!

I would like to ski about pharmacist Jennifer who works at Town Plaza in Durango Colorado. I had a written prescription and in NM where I lice state law will not accept it. I called her 3 hours away and she went way aboveboard to help me by verifying by prescription and ordering the meds, calling me to tell me they would be coming in the next day. As soon as they arrived, she called and filled it right away so I could get back to NM. She was amazing! I wish there were more like her and hope Walgreens appreciates her dedication to her job and the clients who need her the most she also told me she would help me get refills so I would not have to make that drive again. Never so grateful to get that medicine in hand. Debby F

I just relocated to columbia sc from nc a few months ago i been with walgreens for years but i must say its time for me to switch it up im not satify with walgreens anymore they gotta get it together they dont try to work with you no kind of way.

Walgreens store employees and awesome so hard to put a 1 for them so not for them. The customer service is horrible and I mean the most horrible rude people. They scam people thinking they will earn cash rewards with promotions ( which aren't estimates) and you meet all the standards and they say sorry you don't get and it's time to say bye now. I recommend nobody shop there. Scam is horrible

I worked for Walgreens as a manager for 4.5 years.. things have definetly changed! We always prioritized pharmacy customers, put all hands on deck at busiest times in Pharmacy. Now they've decided to outsource prescriptions to a "central pharmacy" which means if your Dr calls in a rx today, it may be 2 or 3 days before its ready! Yesterday morning, my daughter's Dr called in rx for her to a store in Anniston, Al. I called yesterday late afternoon to see if it was ready so I could pick it up on my way home from work, it wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready after 10 this morning. So I drove all the way across town at 11 today, only to be told it was being filled at the "central pharmacy" and won't be in until after 2! Seriously?? This is ridiculous! So I asked if they can just fill it in the store and she says it will be 2 hours if I want to come back, or 45 minutes if I want to wait! So I said I would go find something to do in town and come back. 20 minutes later, I got a call it was ready. Like.. get it together, people! Ever since they switched to the central pharmacy thing, it's been a hassle every time to get a rx filled! Go back to person to person customer service.
