I purchased a "new" Jitterbug phone online. When I tried to activate it, I was told by Jitterbug that the phone was used and the serial number was still connected to another customer. So, I cannot use it and need to return it...phoneless.

I go into Walgreens to get a diet soda & they have NO diet soda. What is up with that??

I found out that Walgreens fills their prescriptions off site now. My called in a prescription for Albuterol because I’m having issues breathing and after 5 hours I called Walgreens and their system told me I could pick it up tomorrow after 2;30 my doctor called it in today at 11:30. After going thru 3 people and being on hold for 1/2 an hour I finally got a pharmacist who said they would fill it in store and I can get it later this evening, They have always been my go to pharmacy but after this I will never use them again!!!

1st pharmacy couldn't fill Rx prior to 30 days w/o speaking w. Dr. Then spoke w. Dr. Then didn't have dosage; suggested 2 pills for correct dosage. Dr. rewrote Rx; then different Pharmacist wanted to speak with Dr. again to allow early release w/o speaking w. 1st Pharmacist to verify OK from Dr. OR getting other Pharmacist in to fill Rx because he spoke with thr doctor and created the problem by not leaving any notes of his conversation w. Dr.

Walgreens is crap!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! I needed to pick up a prescription and they didn’t have a pharmacist scheduled from 2-9!!! I’m traveling and when I spoke with them at 10 got everything confirmed. I was 5 hrs away and when I got to 5850 Eubank Walgreens in New Mexico pharmacy was closed cause a pharmacist wasn’t scheduled. THIS IS &$;”@&$ RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Stopped using the Pharmacy years ago because of recurring numerous problems with prescriptions and horrible attitude from mgr so I rarely use the stores anymore. Recently had to place online order for same day delivery. Received order but one item was out of stock so I called store for credit. On hold forever for a Manager who told me it would take a few days to show up but strangely didnt ask for much info. No refund over a week later so I called the 877 service number and the refund was never put in. It's now pending. I hate being lied to...and I really hate that store (Genito and Hull).

I was buying a product for $19.99 with a $5 coupon, but only worked if you scanned it with your smart phone. My phone is a dumb phone or what people call a throw away phone. The check out clerk, Deborah, scanned it for my use and saved me $5. I really like it that she cared to help me.

I asked the employee if they had power steering fluid and he was flat out rude he was rolling his eyes and before I even asked the question he was acting like I did somthing to him. Then I was buying toilet paper that was 16 dollars and some scents but it said on sale for $9.99 and I paid the full price which is not that big of a deal but I just wanted to add that in there and I wish I would’ve spent the money that I was advertised to spend and I am also not the type to complain but customers don’t deserve to be treated like that unless they treat you like that first
