I tried to order my toothpaste 4 times an they Hung up on me 4 times , And then I want to go pick up my medication. They're trying to charge me full price and never put it into my insurance.. So then I went to the head pharmacist and he charged me the correct price..

I went to the Walgreens at 501 Sheridan St in Hollywood Fl for some pictures to be made from my phone. A young gentleman whose name is Givendy was extremely helpful to me. He was well mannered, polite and very knowledgeable about his job. He was patient with me as I went through my phone to show him which pictures I needed. He helped me sign up on the Walgreens app and showed me how to work it. I think it is wonderful when a store has such attentive employees! He made my day so much brighter. In fact every one of the employees at this store keep me feeling like a valued customer!

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy ever!!! I was so tired of the incredibly poor service that I contacted “customer service.” They apologized and stated that someone would contact me. It has been over a month and nothing! Once again, poor service. I’ve had it! I am looking for a good, not even great, pharmacy and I am willing to drive to Dallas for it and I HATE driving in traffic!!!

I didn't have any problems refilling my (very important) prescriptions until I installed the app and started using that. Now it's constant delays and I need to call my doctor about one of my prescriptions every single time. I've gone five days without my meds and am going into withdrawal. Going to look for a new pharmacy.

Anabelle in the pharmacy filling in at the Grandville location. She went wayyyyy beyond to piece together an important prescription for me. Took alot of effort on her part. I have never seen customer service like this before. Incredible.
