I completed a my program in less than 9 months with the ability to keep taking courses. The process was not only easy but allowed me the ability to achieve my goals and career outcomes sooner with the knowledge I gained and staff who support and motivate made the decision to utilize the degree program at Walden.

I am a graduate of Walden's PMHNP…
I am a graduate of Walden's PMHNP course. I would not recommend this school as it does not teach what is needed to be known on the board. They do not check up on the quality of the preceptors. The people who are teaching only put in as much time as needed. I learned a lot more on one preceptor term because I was able to find some money really good. This school is only for profit and when I signed for this class I made the mistake to sign for my master's degree because they offered me a generous discount. I have since spent what I saved in remedial courses and failing the board twice. This school does not care how much stress it places on the student when dealing with preceptor assignments. It also does not tell the preceptors when rules are changed. This is honestly the worst institution that I have ever been with outside of HCA. Spend the money elsewhere.

My experience at Walden University was…
My experience at Walden University was very positive from beginning to end. The courses were well designed, informative, and academically meaningful, while the scheduling made it possible to balance school with my professional and personal responsibilities.
The admissions process was straightforward, financial aid was seamless, and I did not encounter unnecessary administrative barriers along the way.
One of the strongest parts of my experience was my counselor, Ron Smith. He was spectacular. Ron helped me navigate the entire process, from matriculation through graduation. His guidance, accessibility, and support made a real difference in my ability to successfully complete the program.
I ultimately graduated with Latin honors, which made the experience especially meaningful. After my degree was conferred, I transitioned directly into a master's program, and all of my undergraduate hours transferred into my new academic program.
Based on my experience, Walden did several things exceptionally well: course design, flexibility, student support, financial aid administration, and providing a clear pathway from admission through graduation.
Walden gave me a strong foundation for the next stage of my academic and professional journey, and I remain appreciative of the experience.

Walden is not a place I would attend…
Walden is not a place I would attend college if I knew then what I know now. I was offered discounts, told I would graduate at a certain time, and given instructors with no experience. I wasted an entire term with one professor and she finally quit. She had me doing my dissertation on an unapproved topic. I wasted an entire term and finally had to reach out to the president for resolve. I’ve had the worst experience ever!

Walden University is a scam
Walden University is so lacking in real value that they have to pay Openai for advertisements and are now invested in polluting the AI space with ads.
Do not waste your money on this scam

DO NOT ENROLL
DO NOT ENROLL. RUN!
Predatory School. Does not qualify to be called a Uni. Lures you in to enroll to the course with aggressive marketing and 'discounts'. I enrolled then opted out after 2 weeks but they still slapped me with full semester debt. They go as far as sendind debt collectors for teaching nothing.

Pursuing a degree to achieve a new career is a very big decision. Even within our large and growing community of alumni and students, we find that the decision to pursue or discontinue is very personal. We are sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue and want you to know we are here to help students overcome obstacles that stand in the way of achieving their goals. We cannot discuss individual account details publicly, but we encourage you to contact Student Finance so we can review your account and address your concerns directly.

I need to let anyone enrolling into an MBA program know
I need to let anyone enrolling into an MBA about my awful experience with Dana Griffin, she refers to herself as Senior Enrollment specialist, I am yet to determine how she got to that level. The interaction was cold, dismissive, and lacked the professionalism I expected from a university admissions office. It left such a negative impression that I ultimately decided to pursue my graduate education elsewhere.
I believe the university should seriously review how prospective students are treated and take prompt action to improve the admissions experience. No applicant should leave a conversation feeling discouraged or unfairly judged when they are simply seeking an opportunity to further their education.
