I am very pleased with the skills that Andy and Leo are sharing during the 12 Days of Deal "masterclass". The real-time, on-the-phone experience with the potential seller leads is priceless. The training has been presented with professionalism and integrity. I look forward to the next 8 days of training.

The education and materials provided are excellent, but the true value lies in the ongoing coaching. Andrew, Leo, and their team deliver consistent support, actionable guidance, and training every step of the way. Their commitment ensures you stay on track and achieve your goals. Highly recommended for anyone serious about success in real estate.

TRUKA has been a huge help in my real estate investing business, not only with strategy, but with the connections and relationships I’ve built within the community. The TRUKA live conference is truly a must-have. You can feel their heart in everything they do. Shout out to the co-founders Andrew Schlag and Leo Valentino for building something special. The way they break down the business model (cash vs. payments/terms) and then teach you how to communicate it simply to sellers has helped me build more trust and confidence on calls. Also huge shout out to Ricky Yao and Aaron Schlag, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring coaches. TRUKA doesn’t feel like just a program… it feels like family with every interaction. Highly recommend to anyone serious about real estate and growth.

I am brand new to the real estate industry and was unsure how I could do this. Truka laid out the steps for me to follow, and I just closed on my first property! The Truka family walked with me step-by-step, answering questions and encouraging me all the way. I love the values that Truka upholds; integrity, generosity, compassion, and sound business advice.

Andrew and Leo are amazing at what they do, and I appreciate their enthusiasm for educating and empowering other real estate investors to succeed. They are also straightforward and ethical. They don't just tell you about their experience and leave you to figure it out on your own, like some training programs out there. They give you the how and why, but then they show you how to put that knowledge to work for you by letting students listen in on live seller calls, which I found to be immensely helpful! In addition, their excellent team mirrors their values, which for me speaks volumes about the character of a business and it's leadership. I highly recommend Truka Real Estate if you want to become a successful real estate investor.
