Thank you for your review, Lisa! It sounds like Paula followed your instructions—both the shorter walk given the heat and the fresh water for your senior pup. Attention to those kinds of details matters, especially for a dachshund with mobility needs. To easily rebook Paula in the future, you can save her as a Preferred Caregiver. In the Wag! app, open the "Past Caregivers" menu, find Paula, and tap the heart icon by her name. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pup!

Thank you for your kind review, Melissa! We love hearing that the app has been easy to navigate, and we appreciate your thoughtful suggestions. On the multi-day front, we wonder if what you describe matches our option to select multiple days on the calendar during booking—up to 7 consecutive days at once, with the same service type, time, and Caregiver. Multiple services on the same day currently need to be booked individually; understandably, your suggestion for more open scheduling flexibility could solve for that. We very much appreciate hearing from Pet Parents on what they need. If you'd like to elaborate on these suggestions or share other ideas, you can submit them through the "Feedback" option in the "Account" menu of the Wag! app. We look forward to continuing to support you on your pet care journey!

Thank you, Andy, for taking the time to share this! It's clear Wag! has been a good fit for walks and daycare alike in the few weeks you've been using it, especially with a high-energy lab pup like Remi to keep up with. We're glad the specialty profiles have helped you find the right Caregivers for what Remi needs—matching her with someone equipped for her energy is what good pet care should look like. It also sounds like Lexi really came through for you when your schedule got tight—be sure to add her to your Preferred Caregivers (tap the heart on her profile) for easy rebooking! We look forward to continuing to support you and Remi!
