I am so frustrated with Wag! Twice now, walkers have texted me to say they can’t make it, and wag has not provided a new walker. I’ve written to their customer service both times, and received no response. I wish I could find another service! UPDATE: Wag has since reached out and resolved all issues. They were very responsive and helpful. And we have always loved the walkers we get - they really love and care for dogs.

Your website leaves a lot of help. For no reason you deleted my information. I had to start all over. You also have no human to talk to. The web site stops in the middle of a walk and never resumes. Not happy with it at all.

I love our Wag Friend! She is so kind and patient when she comes to visit our 16 year old dog. She gives our dog time to warm up to her and really makes her feel happy( we have witnessed this on our camera :). I can enjoy our time away knowing our dog is being well taken care of!!!

Charles watched our 2 pups and spent a lot of quality time with them which was much appreciated! We would definitely use Charles again!

We love using Wag! Our dog receives awesome care in his home! We have found two excellent caregivers to use each time we are away! Both are responsive and our dog loves them!

The app is a huge problem. It constantly freezes, no matter the phone brand or OS. Is been a issue since we first started using Wag. And three years later, it's not any better.
