Not getting the full walks showing up way too early . I’m not happy with the outcome of this service and the irresponsibility of the person. They did not deserve their pay period . What a waste of my dogs time and my sanity while out of town.

Christopher Diaz is the best walker!!! He does so much more…checks their water, gives them love and attention, and I trust him implicitly. I even ask him to stay over when I am not home.

The process is so easy and the walkers are great, especially Rachel and Jihad!

I scheduled a 60 min walk for 10/7/23. The walker left after 32 min but kept the walk “active” on the app for 75 min so I can literally see his drive home. When I entered the app it forced me to review the walker. I did not have any facts at this time because the app literally will not let you move forward until you review the walker so I left a 5 star review and tipped just in case there was an issue on my side (this walker has 235 5star reviews and a “promoted profile” so I wanted to make sure). I contacted the walker with my questions as to how long the walk was. No response. He also left my door unlocked during the walk and when he left. So my front door was unlocked for over 5 hours until the next walker arrived. I was charged the full $35.99 for a 60 min walk plus $6 tip for this walk. I want a refund and I want to remove my 5 star review for this walker. Outside of this, my biggest issue here is how incredibly difficult it is to reach a human being at this company. I even resorted to Instagram to no avail. I still have not found a way to speak to a person regarding my issue which is extremely frustrating.

My experience with John has been excellent! He’s warm and fuzzy with my dog and Lucky runs to meet him at the door! Animal people are nice people and love what they do.

Cannot get a hold of customer service nor find an answer through their support bot. Basically, I paid for a 20min walk and got a 10min walk. The caregiver came late, started the walk, came back early and then waited to finish the walk in the app. He also claimed the dog did his business, but I walked him 15min later because he was crying and he pooped then. I can't talk to anyone to get a partial refund for the crappy service. Will not be using again

I booked an 11:30am appt specifically stating to ring my apartment buzzer or call me. I got a message in the Wag app that my dog walker had a doctor appointment and would be there early which I wasn’t available for. He then wrote on the app that he called me on the phone and waited 30 minutes. This is all before my scheduled time. I will not use Wag again. I was charged for a visit that was marked as complete and it was 100% false. If I can’t trust someone when I’m home I can’t trust them when I’m not going to be there.
