Hello. I'm very Happy with the caregiver service. She us very sweet and my dog loves her.. The problem is that the up doesn't work very well and it freezes it. It didn't let me submit her review and also I couldn't scedule.another walk for my dog.

I’m pleased every time My Tiny gets His Walk Good and Friendly Walkers

Wag is the worst company ever! I booked an overnight visit but cancelled 2hours after I booked it due to a flight cancellation due to the hurricane! They still charged me $149.99 because it was within 24 hours! So I tipped on nothing and paid for nothing! They would not refund my money! To think I would trust them with my animal is disgusting. Not to mention they take 30% of that fee. Do not trust them

I have been using Wag for the past couple of years now, mainly when I work late or if husband and I have a long date night. I have had some issues with the messages not working in the app so I can't communicate with the walker. I have also had issues requesting after 5PM. Don't request late, you probably wont get anyone. However, I have found after consistent use, you will find one or two walkers that work great. I consistently try to book Laurie then if she is unavailable, I have one or two others I know work well and have no issues. My favorite thing in the app is you can have favorites and request specific walkers. This way I get to know the people taking care of my pups.

I love Wag. I have a shoulder injury and cannot walk my dogs right now . The app is easy to use . The walkers are great.

Wagwalking has been a great service for me. My mini Aussie, Belle, has had 3 regular walkers over the 2+ years. they have been reliable, flexible, and very good with Belle. It really helps when I go out of town and need the extra days of walking that I can't do. I trust the service and having them come in to the house is not a problem.

When trying to schedule a pet setting (be it only during one day or over multiple days), the app seems only to allow selecting start and end times within 3 hour periods. I would strongly prefer to set exact start/end times rather than non-specific ranges. Also reduces confusion with pet sitter when they should arrive and how long they are expected to stay.
