The walkers clearly love pets, the customer service is outstanding. The app is so much fun, when the walkers can send you videos of your pet and you get to see where they’ve gone and I have a live link to their activities.

I started using Wag to supplement the daily activities our beloved Labsky Sawyer needs. As a young pup with boundless energy it takes more than the walks we provide to keep Sawyer happy, healthy and well exercised. I have found the majority of Wag Walkers to be friendly, animal lovers and quite professional. The app is cute and with updates such as booking a walk with a specific Wag Walker (Chloe is one of Sawyers favorite) I look forward to my continued use as one happy Wagster!

Always reliable as an employer and a customer.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband set up two walks for our dog on the same day as we were in an all day meeting. Our first walker did not show up on time so we called on our way out. After being on hold for a long time someone answered and said they would look into it. An hour and a half later they told us someone else would be coming by in about 20 minutes. Our meeting has now started and my husband receives 23 text messages within 15 minutes saying our walk had been cancelled because they couldn’t find someone. Already beyond annoyed, we just ask them to confirm our 4 o’clock walk and they say that’s all set. 345 rolls around and now our 4 o’clock walk has been cancelled. We receive text messages saying they are looking for someone else. We give it an hour and hear absolutely nothing. We had to come back home and cut our meeting early. Our pup was in his harness all day as we were told someone would be there at 7 for him. And did we get a phone call? No. A computer generated “we’re sorry” text message. Don’t use them if you need anyone reliable.

This is a great service. With just a few tweeks, it could be fantastic. The screen could be more user friendly. I would like to be able to leave notes for the walkers before they arrive. The other main concern was once it was hard to find a 9pm walker. Other than that, it has run very smoothly.

The service is very convenient as well as professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dog walker

Great service and despite a mishap with scheduling my first walk, they worked very hard to fix their mistake and gave me a free walk for the trouble caused. Since then, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. Highly recommended.
