Terrible customer service. Just rude people, bad company. I am thankful that my dog walker decided to go pick up her kids instead of show up to walk my dog, because seeing how horribly this company is run assures me that I would never let one of their employees walk into my home or handle any of my pets. 0 stars.

Terrible service all around. Had a walk yesterday where the Map showed that the walked went in a straight line. That is not possible...she would be walking over houses. Then the walked stated my dog had worms and thrown up worms with blood in his stool. No pic of the stool, just an alarming note. Tried to call, remained on hold for ten minutes to leave a message. Someone called back and stated a manager would call me...got a call but missed it only to receive a message to leave a message. Called yesterday, sent straight to voicemail after being on hold for ten minutes again, left a voicemail but cut off half way through.
