So quick and easy! I love all that Wag has to offer

I love how Wag is an on demand dog walking service. We don't need a set schedule for dog walking because our schedules vary so much. Wag is there to step in when we need someone to cover our dogs. The communication is pretty smooth and easy. It's great being able to see where they take your dog live on the map. The first two dog walkers were awesome. The third one tracked poop into our house and left our dog in the wrong place when she left. I asked Wag to remove her from our available walkers and they were quick to honor our request. All around I'm very happy with their service.

WAG is an excellent and reliable service. The dog walkers we've used have all been wonderful, honest, trust-worthy, dog loving individuals. I hope this doesn't change and I truly hope this quality level of service doesn't dissipate over time. I enjoy seeing Red's walk happen in real time (while I am at the office) and I most enjoy receiving his report card everyday. Makes me feel like a proud parent. I would love to be able to save and download the music videos my dog walkers send me so I can share on Instagram and Facebook.

I love Wag! At first I was reluctant to leave my best friend with someone i didn’t know, but all of the walkers have been fantastic and the fact that they send you videos and you can watch the path they take on the map is amazing! I also love that you can select a preferred person after a few walks. My girl now has a new buddy she looks forward to seeing. Thanks Wag!

We had a bit of a rocky start with one lateness (2.5 hours!) one no show, and an overcharge, but I think WAG! has potential to be really convenient and cost effective. The walkers are nice people, as are the customer service reps, so I'm willing to stick it out with the hope of them ironing out the kinks.

Walkers are often good peoole but customer service needs work. Great idea but needs a focus on customer service and overall consistancy

I had some issues with getting a walker when there were fires and I switched addresses - not the nicest person on the phone - and it was over 2 weeks ago - still waiting for refund . I like the concept of knowing where my dog walks- and the video- but I could only access that a couple of times
