Great dog walkers!!! Feel good about people who come.

I had 2 dog walkers include their drive home as part of their walking route with my dog. Paid for an hour, walked him for 35 minutes, and kept the app on as they drove home to make it look like they walked him for an hour. I contacted Wag! about it and they refunded me, but now they turned off their tracking feature, so you can’t see your dogs route anymore.

This company obviously does not screen their walkers like they claim they do. I have mobility issues and aged and need assistance. Every time I try and get someone to come and walk my dogs or drop in real quick as I need a bit of assistance, I have to wait hours and hours. One time I had to wait for days until I finally cancelled. Wag states that if no one accepts they assign someone but that is obviously a lie. I have an emergency situation now that requires someone from Wag to come by and yet nothing. No response to a ticket I sent to them and they disconnected their phone number. I'm really in a bind but seems they don't even care.

Wag has a button to deactivate and delete your account which sounds nice; but, neither work. To delete you account they ask for your ID (deterrent for anyone concerned about their data) but even this has bad code to prevent action and the "deactivation" button is also loaded with bad code to prevent that action. Fraudulent clinging to new subs that tanked 2000 and 2008 software tech companies and is written in to this orgs DNA. DON'T USE THIS APP!

I love the Wag app! So helpful on days I can’t be home enough for my dogs. Nice to choose the Wag visitor and see how the visit goes. Peace of mind.

If u have a dog like mine who pulls so hard no body wants to walk him. Try Sebastian. He is the best. Will be booking him more and more

The Wag! app is easy to navigate and allows you to accomplish your desired goals. It has evolved over time and has gotten better each time. The walkers we have had have all been very good. However, a couple have been outstanding. Currently, we have been requesting Amber F, and she is phenomenal. She really goes above and beyond the normal services. Plus, she has really grown to love our dog, and he adores her.
