Great updates

I absolutely love the dog Walker I have. I hate that I cannot communicate with any one at WAG. They kept notifying me that an account ending in a number I don’t know wasn’t working, I changed the card. They continue to notify me, even after I changed the card number. So yesterday they withdrew $99.00 from my account without my knowledge, thus causing my account to overdraw. There is no way to speak to a person. Oct, 22 they withdrew money twice. In this past year I have paid wag over $1000.00 After I gave them access to another account they withdrew a total of $130 since the beginning of December. I’ve asked them through email to provide me a copy of the records they have. No response to that request.

Wag is an easy, thorough and trustworthy pet sitting service that we will continue to use for any of our pet care needs.

I put in a boarding request and the only price I could see was an additional tip I chose. I figured I’d be given a total cost when someone accepted my request that I could then approve but it just automatically charged my card almost $400. When I went to cancel within minutes of this, I was charged an $87 cancellation fee. Ridiculous.

We've been using wag for years and really have had great experiences.

I have LOVED using Wag! for scheduling care for my senior beagle, Turnip. The walkers and caregivers have been outstanding, communicative, and so helpful.

My doggie professional is great with my three pups.
