It was a terrible experience from the moment I signed up. No transparency. Once I spent the money to expedite the process , I saw within an hour that I made a huge mistake. I’m on another animal caregiver site with established prices based on my experience and will not settle for a fraction of what I am of what I currently get for my services . I’m 58, not a fool, and feel as if I have been scammed. I figured from what I read I could set my own prices but when it comes down to it, you are forced to lower the price to meet the bid. I would not have spent $198 to make pocket change, drive all over creation for not even gas money and compete with all the other caregivers. I already have clients from word of mouth and thought I would expand. But I will not lower my prices to compete with someone with no experience at all. I offer quality, experience and a lot of extras for those who want the best for their animals. This is a low budget scam for Wag to make their big bucks on people signing up believing they are joining a respectable outfit. I am now going to accept this as a loss and will be more vigilant about all the information before spending that kind of money. IF ITS NOT CLEAR HOW THE COMPLETE PROCESS WORKS BEFORE SIGNING UP, DON’T SIGN UP!!!

Edward is absolutely great. The fact that he send videos of the cutest little things that my girls do on their walk. The pictures are cute as well. He doesn’t mind stopping for a few minutes just to give them loving.

I have been with this app for couple of years now and this app just seems to get worse. Before atleast we were able to talk to customer service not its through bot after that to through email. Absolutely the worst
