First time, walker used my WAG lock box code on a neighbor’s door (we have similar addresses) and it worked. He entered her house, she later called the police, and a detective knocked on my door at 11pm to ask about what happened and asked for the dog walker’s info. Second time my dog comes back with NO TAGS... walker probably moved the leash from the harness and over to the tag ring on the collar and they all fell off - walker denies knowing anything. I couldn’t even follow where my dog was because the GPS was not working and the “route” looked like a 3 year old’s scribble across the screen. (I took a screen shot but can’t attach it here). Two times with sketchy experiences: never again.

The customer service is the worst. It took me three months to cancel my account. I kept getting texts telling me a walker was coming to my house after I canceled the service. The walkers were nice but the company is horrible to work with. I would not recommend to anyone.

Do not trust the employees!!! Our Walker clocked in that she walked our dogs. Instead she spent the time on our front lawn flirting with her boyfriend. She never got our dogs out of the house. It was caught on surveillance video. If we did not have surveillance video, we wouldnt of known about this! I sent proof to the WAG company and they still have the Walker employed. I cant believe they allow employees like this to work for them! They offered me 50 dollar credit to keep my youth shut. I did not accept the terms. I will never trust anyone they have employed to come to my house again!

We reserved a wag sitter to take care of our 2 dogs while we, and all our friends, have our out of town wedding. We reserved weeks ahead of time. After we left our home to travel to our wedding venue, we were given word that our wag sitter had to cancel and no one was available to fill in. When we tried to complain and escalate the situation further, we were told that a supervisor would call back sometime the next day. We made it very clear that this was an emergency and we need someone to help us. And the same script was given over and over that someone would reach out to us tomorrow, not able to give any type of time frame or if any resolution would be met. I will never use wag again. I strongly urge you not to as well. Because of Wag, our fun/carefree weekend has turned into nothing But worry and a headache.

WAG used to be great, now it's a nightmare. All support has moved to the Philippines and twice now I've been left waiting over 4 hours to receive a walk confirmation. Horrible. I am going to have to check out Rover.

The app is super easy to use and nice that you can text for support. Only issue is that sometimes there are no walkers to pick up the walks, even in the middle of Boston so I always try and have a backup plan in case there are no Wag Walkers.

WAG is an irresponsible company that does not deserve to care for your pet... We have two dogs, one is a puppy and is currently crated during the day while we are at work. On two separate occasions, our wag walkers did not follow the note instructions and left BOTH of our dogs upon their return. Our new puppy not only had various accidents all over the house, but also chewed up blankets, our computer chair and 4 feet of electrical wire that results in hundreds of dollars of vet bills. Why would you not put a dog back in his crate when you took him out of it upon your arrival?! I've been trying to contact customer support for the last FOUR weeks with absolutely no luck. I keep being "rerouted" to another department who handles these issues, but ultimately it just leads to a deep dark pit of an answering machine which never results in a call back. Ultimately, we want to make sure that these issues are rectified so that other dogs don't end up in harms way because of this companies negligence. Our dog could have easily suffered long term health consequences. Wag is a scam and does not care about making sure that your animals are well taken care of. Their negligence and false advertisement of services is grounds for legal action.
