Great service and my dogs are very happy!❤️

This company used to be excellent; however they have outsourced their customer service and now it is terrible. One cannot get a response on time sensitive issues and you can spend countless hours on a never ending loop of messages, talking to customer support , calling numbers that no longer repond, etc... I have been trying to cancel recurring walks which were erroneously booked by the app for the last three weeks and my dog walker showed up yesterday because they had still not taken care of my written and spoken request!! Very sad because I will now have to find a new company!

Wag is worry free and peace of mind your pet is in carrying human hands pet lovers taking care of people’s love ones when we can’t be there for them and sometimes that’s all day attention

When trying to become a walker, they suggest I lie on my application and resubmit it with an address from a more highly populated area! Asked me to lie on an application! Good luck letting inverted strangers into your home

My dog walker Ivan in Washington, DC was over an hour late with no “sorry” update or texts back giving a new eta. This was my first time using the service and it caused me to run late to a meeting. My goal was to be home for the first one since our dog is only 13 weeks old and I wanted to ask questions and see how it works. Will never use or recommend. Horrible first shot and won’t give Another
