Doesn’t care about their walkers at all
Wag is a truly poop company. They don’t care about their walkers in any way shape or form. Not only do they take 40% or more of the money from the walkers that owners pay to have their dogs walked. Obviously wag has to make its cut, but it is definitely at the walkers expense. Customer service is slow to respond if they even do at all. The customer service employees are very polite, that’s the one good thing I would say about Wag. I have had experiences with dog owners being very rude and berating me over messages and eventually got a bad rating. Wag did nothing to remove this unwarranted and undeserved review from the angry, childish owner. Wag also did nothing to resolve a poor rating I received when I ended a walk early after I was bitten by a dog. Apparently you are supposed to keep trying to walk a dog that is being aggressive and attacking a walker. I hope they have to file for bankruptcy soon. They are an immoral company.
