The auto-assign feature is designed to ensure every pet receives timely care, but we understand it may not always fit the needs of every pet parent. If you’re ever auto-assigned a caregiver who isn’t the right fit, you can cancel without a fee. We understand that’s still not the ideal experience, which is why we’re grateful for your feedback on this app feature.
