The actual sitter was wonderful. Polite. Wonderful with pets. The app and reservation experience was awful. Arrived two hours late-after I called and texted to confirm. We received a $5 credit for our inconvenience Permitting reservations only in three hour blocks does not permit for accurate reservations or pricing. Edit: The response from Wag makes no sense and dies not apply. Sitting was confirmed by WAG customer support and contact was initiated to caregiver. If WAG prefers not to own up to schedule mishap delete the review

Easy and fast way to have your pet attended too. Awesome!!!

The service is expensive, but worth it in my opinion. They offer some nice features like the ability to "favorite" previous dog walkers. They also send photos, report card, push notifications, whether or not the pups went to the bathroom, any issues, etc. Really nice peace of mind on days when I cant get home to let the dogs out.

I set up my account, and after the visits were complete, I was recently told by customer service that they needed to charge me more because of something on their end. This is bogus, considering no one walked my animals. *UPDATED* I already had listed 2 cats in my profile... there are no dogs.

Wag! is a great service. We have had several of their walkers over the last couple of years to walk our Jack Russell Terrier. You can select your preferred walkers, if you wish. Each time the walker has come on time and sent us a report and a photo. This service has been very trustworthy and so helpful when my husband and I have to be away during the day.

I learned about this service at a time I really needed some help with my dog. Janet really helped me out and did a great job. She has a true dog lover's heart!

I needed a last minute dog walker, and our doorman recommended I try Wag! The app is clean and smart, my job was picked up quickly and the walker was on time & terrific.

So far having an excellent experience, get updates, pictures and post walk report cards from my walker and my pup is much happier when I have to work
