vERY EASY TO CARE FOR MY PET

Walker was caught in traffic but was very engaging with our dog . I like the feature that tracks where the walk is , and if mission is accomplished re: potty needs. Fortunately Chelsea likes people and was completely comfortable going for a walk with a new friend.

We used Wag to schedule mid-day walks for our doggies. We set up the app and profile, purchased a lockbox, and then posted our request. Within 10 minutes we had a dog walker identified and scheduled which was great. The walks have been completed and we are very pleased with the app and the dog walker, who we will definitely use again. It's a wonderful service!

Your second walker the first day I reenrolled after being away 4 years no showed. You charged my bank 4 charges for only one walk that took place. You will not take my calls nor respond.

I love the Wag app! We use it mainly when emergencies arise and we need quick help so it’s been a great solution for us! We have also used it when we are traveling and someone is dog sitting but we need a walker. Great app easy to use and good people!

I wrote another review on a terrible experience I had with Wag where the caregiver basically didnt show up and the Supervisor I talked to told me that Wag cannot guarantee the caregivers will show up.... this is me paying premium services by the way! I had a call from another Supervisor that told me the same thing, was very apologetic and gave my account $40 credit for my troubles.... as if the money would solve the fact that my dogs needed to go out and I was not home to take them! Today, I received an email from this site, Trustpilot stating: "wagwalking.com has flagged your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine experience with them."... really?? They gave me money to "go away" and then turn around and try to dispute my review??? Thankfully this is a serious site that asked for evidence which I gladly provided and they reinstated my review. Shameful behavior from Wag!!
