Always available in a pinch to give my Bassett a much needed excursion. Convenient when travel plans change. The map tracking the walk is both reassuring and funny.

Taily loves going for walks. Taily was just a puppy in training and liked to pull you on her walks. The first time Delany B. took Taily for a walk she took control and wouldn't let Taily pull her. Taily took right to her and gets exciting whenever she sees her.

Puts my mind at ease knowing I can schedule a walk whenever I’m away for extended periods. WAG has been responsive and dependable. I appreciate the convenience!

This can be a good service if you happen to find a consistent walker. However, the minute you book a walk, they put a tentative charge on your credit card. I’ve had far too many walkers cancel 30 minutes before a scheduled walk while I’m already at work. It’s then a pain to contact customer service and make sure they don’t charge you. They do not compensate you in any way if a walker cancels at the last minute. They also do not have a good system of screening walkers. I’ve had walkers accept bookings who live 40 minutes away-when the walker figures out where you live, they cancel and leave you stranded.

Jessica was an outstanding representative for Wag! She was on time, professional, courteous and did an amazing job! I received updates from her for peace of mind. I would recommend Wag! To anybody needing pet sitting service.

Naeema is AMAZING! My babies just love her. It's clear she loves animals, and she always goes above and beyond, even when she doesn't have to (like cleaning up "presents," ahem). I trust her with my special needs dog, and I trust her in my home. Thanks for caring for my babies when I can't be there to care for them myself. You're the best!

Olivia seemed to really care for dogs and her treatment was to notch. She was punctual on both walks.
