App for full functionality with scheduling, reviewing services, etc. as our website is to support the app. That being said, we do want to make sure it's accessible and to know more about what obstacles have come up with the website. Thank you for your feedback! If you have not already, we would love to encourage you to 'heart' the Pet Caregiver in your app from the 'Past Caregivers' section to note them as a favorite! That way anytime you schedule a request, we can see if they are available for the service before checking in with other Pet Caregivers.
