Amazing service with amazing walkers!

I used to love Wag but now EVERY TIME I BOOK the walker cancels last minute or no shows and I have to scramble to get someone to my house to take care of My dog. It’s not just once it’s EVERY time now and I’m tired of Wag being unreliable.

My big issue with Wag is tipping and seeing the walk and comments from the walker. You are not able to see them until after you have given the walker a tip. There have been times I wanted to increase or decrease the tip based on reading the comments from the walker. I should be able to see this first, I do realize I can see the walk real time, but the reason I’m using a walking service is because I’m busy with other things and may not have access to a computer.

Wag always comes through the when needed! As a new resident of Houston, I have been able to establish some solid relationships with walkers that have saved the day a few times when I've had to work extended last minute hours.

This place is terrible. They booked me without asking and then charged me a cancellation fee. Then said it couldn’t be waived. Thanks for responding but as I have previously stated I never chose a person to go with and if the app was clicked or gliched on my end on accident then I would think you would fix it and not charge someone $30, but what do I know maybe the $30 fees are how you make your money. Rover is a much better experience and doesn’t just respond and make empty promises but actually takes care of their customers. I also have given them a five star review

The dog walkers did a great job. I have not used any other service but will conceder other services since the dog walkers are so helpful!

We love Alyssa! We have 3 Boston Terrier's and they all have lots and lots of high energy for the walks, Alyssa always handles them with great love and respect. Not enough words to say how happy we are with Wag! and Alyssa!!
