Reliable! Wag walker was on time, sent pics and a video of the walk, and seemed to have a good walk with my pup!

Would have been 5 stars but one charge is still pending days after my walk.

Giving 2 stars for the actual app which crashes and glitches ALL the time.

Was horrible. They left my door open and unlocked. I cancelled my service immediately. My door was open and unlocked from 1~630 when I arrived Home. I called my walker and he was a complete a hole. I would never ever use this service again. Not ever.

Awful. Started last week. Was supposed to be Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesday they were already scrambling to get me a walker without a meet and greet and Thursday NO ONE SHOWED. When I talked to someone on the phone it sounded like calls are answered outside the country. I heard roosters in the background. I just lost both parents and needed a reliable company. Nope. Not this one.

Horrible service. My wagger (Giselle) left my dog alone for over 20 hours with no food, water or potty breaks. This is animal cruelty. Luckily, we have a ring camera at the door to know when someone is at our home or we would have never known. We had to remind her to turn off our lights in the house too. We contacted customer service to switch our wagger and they stated they couldn’t find anyone. I had to contact my brother to come let My dog out and when he got to my house after driving 30 mins to get there stated my key was gone. She took the key to my house!!! I sat on hold again and spoke to customer service letting them know this horrible dog sitter now took the key to my home and never returned. They contacted her and she stated she was across town with no ride and couldn’t bring it back until the morning. I could not believe this response. I had to call my landlord while I’m out of town to have him rekey my locks. They expect me to still pay this girl for her service. I’ll be disputing the charges with my bank. If you want to enjoy your vacation without having to worry about your pet while gone then stay away from this service!!!!

I feel very comfortable with having the walkers from Wag in our home. They take care of our dogs like they are their own and share real time updates.

I am a new dog mom so was worried about having her walked by someone she didn’t know. I chose Wag because of the high ratings and the lockboxes. I feel like I chose right! Aviva was right on time and professional. She worked through my dog’s skittishness without scaring her. On the walk she responded to my dog’s needs. I will continue to use Wag and will book Aviva again. I have already recommended Wag to friends.
