Zero stars. Completely unreliable service. I scheduled two visits for my puppy. The first one canceled an hour before they were supposed to come and had no idea what I needed to do to reschedule. I had to chase down the solution through customer service. Second scheduled visit never confirmed and just disappeared off my schedule with no notice or text or anything. So we left our event early. I had already purchased the premium (only that morning) so I wrote customer service and asked to have a refund as I no longer want the service and hadn’t used it. They are refusing the refund me. They are offering me no financial recourse for the crap service I have received whatsoever. I’m so disappointed. Try before you buy. They probably have good walkers around but clearly not where I live. Now I am stuck with a year premium service that I can’t use.
