I highly recommend Julian Deliano to walk and care for my dog Sushi. I have nothing but complete peace of mind when he walk s Sushi, she is older and age weighs about 12 lbs therefore it means everything to me that I can truly trust someone else besides myself to watch out for her … thanks Julian !

Meet our sweet son Monty, today he went to dog heaven because of an ill-Equipped incompetent, “caregiver” neglected to take care of our sweet child. So, at roughly 650pm last night , it was rainy and thundering and he was out by himself! Scared , away from his parents and at the mercy of strangers and that dog walker named Katherine P came to walk him , and low and behold this idiot that calls herself a qualified dog walker didn’t even know how to attach a leash to a collar appropriately! With this being said we had to pick up our dead sons lifeless body off 440 this evening and cremate his body on this Tuesday evening , the immense sadness we feel is unbelievable. He was 8 months old , he saw heaven before he saw his full life ahead . I don’t recommend wag , and I certainly would be skeptical of who you select to put in the care of your loved one, your canine son or daughter could be next .

Wag has been in despensible in helping with my Daisy's exercise needs. I'm retired and primary care giver for my husband. Sometimes I'm not able to take Daisy out. The app is easy to navigate, I'm kept informed of where they go and how far and how long. The Wag walkers are all very professional, punctual, pleasant. I strongly recommend Wag. I use them at least once per week.

Taylor walked my dogs today and while that might seem like a “what’s the big deal?” moment, let me tell you why. We have tried multiple dog walkers with very little to no success. She came today and charmed a reluctant walker, temperamental and stubborn shi poo. His brother loves everything and everyone, but Oscar, not so much. We almost gave up hope. But after today’s walk, my Oscar literally smiled all afternoon.

The worst, they don’t take any accountability for their pet workers and don’t give you your money back

They kill dogs and then charge you for it. Don’t trust this company with your precious pets if you care for them!

The WORST. Please do not waste any time or money with Wag in any capacity.

The app for Wag is horrible. They require that you put up your credit card before you book the service. I did this and they were unable to fill the request without using multiple dog walkers so I did not book the service. (so I thought) I did not accept the 2nd dog walker, and went in to view my schedule which was empty. However I got a charge for the 1st dog walker they apparently somehow accepted. I never approved this. They knew I needed a single person to do the job because my pup has some fear behaviors that precludes this. When the charge came through I went on and cancelled the service, which was not showing up on my schedule. I was immediately charged $5 for a cancellation fee. I found a way to contact them and they said there is always a fee for cancellations. I explained that I never booked it in the first place. They said they could not remove it. I had the fee reversed through my credit card, but feel I was treated rudely and they were not believing me when I said I didn't approve the sitter. They are rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
