I have repeatedly been disappointed by Wag. I should have never continued to trust Wag after this initial incident: my assigned walker went to the wrong apartment and took out another tenant’s dog by mistake. And the only way this was discovered was when the other tenant came home and saw her dog out on a walk with a stranger! My apartment was clearly outlined in the app but the walker obvious paid little attention to the info listed. I continued to try Wag because it theoretically gives you flexibility in scheduling a walk. However, I have subsequently booked walks and had walkers cancel at the last minute. Yesterday, I had a scheduled and confirmed walk in the evening. While I was out at dinner, I was informed that no walker was available and the service was just canceled (at the time of the appointment). I had to leave my dinner immediately to take care of my dog since I was over 2 hours away. Wag walkers rave about the flexibility of accepting walks. It is this same flexibility that allows walkers to cancel on you at the very last minute. Do they not realize that there is a living creature at the other end of their decision?! The lack of reliability coupled with the cavalier attitude of Wag is quite distasteful. There is no accountability and no clear way of communicating with them. Wag clearly has disregard for their clients and the animals they supposedly take care of. Every other dog-walking service I have used has provided infinitely better care. If you care about your pet and your peace of mind, never ever trust or use Wag!

App is just okay. Website is inadequate. While the service from the walkers is great, the website and app need help. I can only text the walker from my phone app, not my laptop. And for boarding, there's no way to know the sitter's location until you book it and text/call them directly. Shouldn't we know the sitter's address so we don't book someone an hour away?

WAG! lost my account. Money grubbing company that won't refund my credits after a pandemic has placed a majority of people working from home. Most people including myself had a financial shift due to the pandemic and could use the refund. If they wanted to keep customers happy, they would help so when their customers are back on their feet and needing dog services again they'd want to come back to WAG!

We have had Karen B. as our walker for over 6months and 30 + walks. This is a great service to your fur pal and helping to get the extra energy out for the walks we have missed( older coupler). Thanks WAG

I would have been happier if she had come to the house in person. We were. Doing most of the things she talked about. She was very nice and it was a joy talking to her. The only thing that was very helpful to us was the whole family use the same commands. Having three puppies the same age are quite a handful but hopefully it will work out. Thanks for the help.
