I am a wag walker. This company does not support the walkers and they do not provide the walkers with a direct way to contact with non emergency issues. Wag took a job from me and then left a review on my profile that I never showed up for the job when in fact I did show up for the job at the time I had discussed and confirmed with the pet parent. I was never contacted by wag and I was not compensated for providing the service that wag claims I did not show up for. This is not the first time having an issue similar to this with this company. If you are a great caregiver who loves animals and have great work ethic, this is not a good company to work for.

Walker arrived early , and left because we were not home, them billed us! We have been using wags for 2 months for our black lab puppy. Until today we have been very happy. Our walker was scheduled for 12:30. At 12:28 she texted to say she was at the house and we were not home. And she was leaving . I arrived home delayed by traffic at 12:32. I was billed for this. What is the policy for a walker to wait even 5 mins? Very disappointed and would not recommend unless this is clarified. If I have paid for 30 mins, it is reasonable that you would wait at least 5mins

One of their “verified caregivers” broke my front door key and didn’t inform us. Wag dismissed my claim. Now I will have this large inconvenient bill and they are doing nothing about it. Poor customer service.

The company is excellent in providing customer service if there is ever any issue with the app, which has only occurred once.

My visits were absolutely horrible, but I did not feel comfortable leaving reviews accurately on the app while I was out of town and a psychopath had access to my home for fear of what she may do to my pets or home. The lady took away all of my cats food and water, did “extra” work like randomly mopping my floor and doing laundry then DEMANDED extra money for the unauthorized work. She did not only access my home during the scheduled 20 minutes each day. Upon review of my cameras, she stayed for HOURS each day hanging out, went in unauthorized rooms and even returned after 1AM each night. The app gives no easy way to report an incident, so I ended up just blocking the walker, changing my door code when I had service as it’s electronic, and had a friend go over a check on everything. When she arrived, ALL of the windows of my house were open and unsecured, all 4 extra bowls of water had been dumped out, their automatic feeder was missing, among other things. It was absolutely horrible. I hired this service so I could be stress free on a cruise with little phone service, but I found myself extremely anxious about it the entire time.

We love our walker, Thomas. He cares about our fur baby and ALWAYS has amazing feedback abt their walks together. Each walker we've encountered at WAG has been conscientious, helpful and accommodating.

Horrible app, was never able to reach anyone in customer service. My walker failed to show and they never sent a replacement. My walker quit after I gave her a bad review for not walking my dog claiming someone else was already walking her when I was at home with my dog the whole time. Wag never replaced her. Don't use Wag.

For the most part, the walkers we have had have been great. Some better than others, but no complaints, other than the occasional walker leaving the gate lock unlocked.
