Anastasia was such a trooper. She had a very challenging visit and came out as a champion!

It is such a relief. I have had health problems and am no longer to walk my dog. Once a week Thomas walks her. She gets some exercise snd gets to sniff the neighborhood. She comes home tired, thirsty and happy.

Started using Wag a couple of months ago and I matched with a great dog walker, Emily. She has been very reliable and provides great service to me and my pugs. Also, Wag has been very responsive when i have had any issues with the app. I can speak to someone directly or do a virtual chat. So far it has been a great experience. Also like how it sends you a real time report as your pet is being walked.

We were out of town for 10 days, and luckily we found the perfect match for our dog! Shannah was patient and very accommodating. The dog she walked, Nickey had never had a dog walker before other than family, and Shannah took the necessary time to get to know Nickey before we left for vacation and before actually being able to walk with her. We had a stress-free vacation, and we came home to a very happy dog!

My dog has enjoyed walking several times with a Wag! walker who has been patient and understanding of her needs. Thank you!

Great walker, awful customer service. I keep getting credit card declines on a perfectly good card so have to “resubmit payment” and it goes through just fine. I’ve also been double charged. There’s no customer service point of contact to resolve these issues. If it wasn’t for the greatness of my walker, I would look elsewhere for a reliable, customer friendly service.

Presently have 2 sitters that I can trust. Another recently disappeared and no evidence of her existence which leaves me to believe it’s a health concern. But at her lack of show, WAG was no where to be found to provide an emergency backup. Another sitter only showed for one visit when pay was for 24 sitting and robbed me. Received no compensation for Oakley $200 Sunglasses. Just a no charge for that visit. Again no back up.

Wag is the best service around. All the walkers are amazing and my dog looks forward to them coming
