The Wag app is good and the company has good customer service. The walkers can be hit or miss, but overall they are reliable and good. I've used Wag for over 5 years and I have had one walker who never showed up. That's the worst of it thankfully. I am very lucky to have found the walker I have now. I do recommend using Wag and trying out different caretakers until you find one you love and that you are sure loves your pups and respects your home.

Bad company for both walker and pet owner. I referred 3 of my neighbors to the app and walked their dogs. The next day my account was deactivated after I paid them 60 dollars for a background check. I never got an email or anything saying I did something wrong or a reason why my account was deactivated. I am very disappointed. Rover is a much better app

I love how easy and efficient the scheduling system is for walks. I wouldn’t trust it for extended stays because it is sort of random, but for a 20-30min walk it’s perfect. However, I had a really bad experience today which made me loose my trust in this app. I got an email that premium was 50% off for 1 year and when I clicked the link it actually showed 80% off (yay! Right?). The total was $23.99 which I accepted without thinking twice. When I checked my credit card charge it said $47.99. I contacted wag support and they asked for a screenshot of the price I was given, which of course I didn’t have since I was already signed up at that point so the offer was no longer shown. I asked for refund on the same day and they said the request would be reviewed. I wanted to get what I was offered, so I opened up a friend’s account and it showed the same price of 23.99. I was able to send Wag a screenshot and they will issue a refund of $24 for the price difference, but it made me feel like I was being scammed, even this was an error in the app. Make sure you take screenshots of the price before paying anything!!

Dog got a hold of some spilled food outside owners apartment. The safety and concern review said I violated the contract, yet there's people who steal, leave doors open, and who abuse these animals, who don't really care they also violate the contract, yet nothing happens to them? Was denied cooperates phone number by both thier supervisors and employees. Please pull those calls. As there is hypocrisy going on in this company. And stay away from "Robin" as she claims to be a specialist. Please pull those calls.

LISTEN TO EVERYONE ELSE AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I used a dog walker by the name of Kelly Jeanne Burgess Cooper in the Dallas area. She stole 140.00 from me. After reporting her to WAG and telling them I have proof of the theft, they haven't done anything about it. She is still out there walking dogs and most likely stealing from other customers. I have emailed them multiple times and just keep getting the run around that the compliance department will contact me. Not sure what to do at this point but just know if they allow some of these criminal dog walkers into your home, they can steal and there will be no one in their company will help you. Never again will I trust this company.

This is an absolute clip joint. Don't give your debit card info to these people. Here's my story; A. I SIGNED UP FOR WALKING MY DOG. B. AFTER DISCUSSION WITH THEIR ASSIGNED SITTER. I SWITCHED TO BORDING THEY CHARGED ME $154 FOR CHANGING THE SERVICE. B. THE ASSIGNED SITTER SAID HIS LANDLOARD WOULD NOT ALLOW DOGS OVERNIGHT. SO, ON HIS ADVICE, I SWITCHED TO SITTING. THEY KEPT THE CHARGE OF BOARDING, A MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE. C. THEY HAVE NOW PLACED AN ADDITIONAL HOLD OF $408 FOR BOARDING. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES OR EMAILS. IN ADDITION TO MY MONEY, THIS HAS COST ME HOURS OF AGGREVATION.

I scheduled a over night care giver for 5 nights, paid in full & had to cancel a week before I was scheduled to leave. I was charged 50% of the FULL RATE!! No services rendered at all
