I don't know why people say you offer bad services, terrible support and it's a racist company if you're from Europe and that they ask you for many documents. Just one ticket away they have increased my limit and I can create any server I want with any resources. They answered me very kindly, quickly and efficiently and the servers, I used them to host game servers and surprisingly the connection is very stable compared to other similar companies that offer mostly the same locations (Digitalocean, Hetzner, etc. ...) My experience with this company was really, really good. And believe me, I've been dealing with a lot of companies. I recommend !

Terrible support, server down 5th time without any solution from them to fix the issue, spending nights to fix a problem on vultr side.

Vultr closed promotional credits because I'm using multiple account, but I'm sure and I can prove, I'm new customer and I'm running only one account. But they didn't listen me, I ask for refund, they didn't support you, whenever you are in trouble. Don't use vultr, I moved to linode.

If you are from Russia or Europe - stay away. They will not treat you fairly. They will waste your time asking you to provide many many documents only to allow you a very limited server space, after you commit to paying them large sums for cloud services. Now that you hooked, they will refuse you access to faster and more powerful products under dubious accusations they cant prove. Conclusion: if you see them - run the other way.

Will block your account with a flimsy accusations and you will lose your data and money without the refund. Weeks of communication and asking for your personal data only to allow a very limited access to services and then delete your account. With so many cloud service providers in this space, Vultr really fails to compete. Big disappointment.

Discriminatory approach and profiling. They will lure you in, farm as much personal data from you, will waste your time only to deny access and and avoid paying referral bonuses. If you are not from the US, you will have a difficult time with this company.

I made an account but they blocked my CB thereby I can't use the service. I sent a mail to the service client and they replied me to use PayPal (which works even less).

Previous week, I created account on vultr, and deposite 40$, and absolutely deploy a server for website hosting. after two or third day, I want change my active credit card to the new card, but due to internet issue, I failed two time to change credit card. after 24 hours I recieved message on gmail, "**IMPORTANT** Additional Verification Needed". I did it perfectly, first time they did not validate it, but I attemp second time, they block my account after some hours. However, I lost my all websites that was host on the server. Now, My account got suspended, and my data that was host on the server, lost. They suspended my account that's not big problem for me, The problem is, I lost my data that was host on server, and I'm not sure my balance will be refund. So, Please refund my money, give me chance to recover my data, or please reactivate my account.
