I have used them for a number of projects and they have been reliable thus far. They respond quickly to support tickets and I have never had any issues I could not resolve. The uptime is good and price point works. I am certainly happy with them so far.

I've been with Vultr since 2016. Used them to host my client websites and services. My only gripe with Vultr is their online support, which can be a real hit-and-miss. In my experience, support doesn't feel very proactive, just lazy replies (not all the time, but most of the time in my experience). I don't know why they're getting such terrible 1-3 star reviews though. As otherwise, the service is great. I've had some real headaches with them, but I've yet to meet a company that doesn't give me headaches :) For what you pay, you get a good deal.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being with Vultr for so long! We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us. Your feedback on support is fair. While many issues are resolved quickly, we recognize that consistency and proactivity are essential, and we continue to invest in and improve in this area. Hearing this from a long-time customer is especially valuable. We’re glad to hear the platform itself has been reliable for you overall and that you feel you’re getting good value. Headaches do occur in this industry, but we aim to make them as rare – and as manageable – as possible. Thanks again for the candid review and for sticking with us over the years!

My experience has been good till now. Good prices and cloud VPS is working fine for what I need. Been using for years and seems stable. Actually got surprised with so many bad reviews, maybe there are better alternatives I still haven't tried.

No se porque hablan tan mal del Vultr si personalmente hospedo mis sitios sin ningun problema. Me gusta mas que Digital Ocean, es menos costoso y el rendimiento es exactamente el mismo.

I've used Vultr for a couple of years to spin up LAMP stack web environments and gaming servers. I can go from "buying a domain" on namecheap or godaddy to "up in running" with SSH access, https enabled, apache driven website in a matter of 5-10 minutes. With barebones web servers starting at $2.50 a month it all just feels super easy and unbeatable. I've had no issue destroying servers / dropping services / etc. Honestly, I was surprised to see their Trustpilot rating wasn't super high. I've never had to contact customer service, maybe that's the difference. But for me with basic web-dev and game server needs, their tools, interfaces, pricing, and physical server locations just plain work.
