Scammers they wiped my website and said we apologies
I had my business website hosted on Vultr, and our of a sudden I received a notification saying "we had a node failed and your website has been wiped" and we apologies, they even don't have a backup, and guess what? the server and the website is just gone and I have no backup. GETAWAY from them and move to AWS or anything else, at least you find a "company" respect themselves and can provide a service that doesn't go down every day.

Hi Jameel - data loss is frustrating. Without automatic backups or snapshots of the account then the data cannot be recovered. The option for backups is available on the checkout page when spinning up a High Frequency or Cloud Compute instance. There's also a dedicated "Backups" tab on the Server's information page when you log into my.vultr.com Since Vultr is a 100% self-managed hosting provider then we don't configure accounts, so we allow users to choose whether they want backups or not.
