Let me shed some light into our billing practices. An invoice is generated on the 1st of every month and will include services used during the previous month. As an example, an invoice generated on Dec 1st will include services used from Nov 1st- Nov 30th. This is likely what you were auto billed for. Please also keep in mind that per our billing agreement, services are billed on an automatic and recurring basis unless and until you follow Vultr cancellation procedure set forth in this Agreement. We have many more features than other providers. In many cases we have more locations, lower latency, better price-to-performance ratio, an awesome Kubernetes engine, and custom ISOs. Hi Tom - we don't secretly take our customer's money. Perhaps what happened is that your VPS was stopped, but not destroyed. Stopped instances continue to incur charges, because you're still leasing the infrastructure from Vultr. If you want to stop charges, then you would need to destroy your server. Hi Andrei - last week there was an issue with some email providers blocking some of our outgoing emails which our developers have since fixed. Perhaps this was the issue. We apologize and fixed it ASAP. If you ever need us then our Support Team is always happy to help.
