the purchase was in November: horrible experience and customer serves, i bought items for my car months ago and tried to get follow up from them but all the do is refer me from one sales rep to another and when i ask for the explanation of what's happening i get no reply, they didn't deliver all the items ordered and when i asked for the refund as they did not deliver the items as promised they stopped replying to me resolution in may: finally after months of chasing them and extended deadlines i got my refund, never dealing with them again

This was the easiest online ordering service I've used since Covid began. The part came fast and if I would've needed it, I imagine it would've been a easy installation.

There was a hiccup when ordering, turned out I put the wrong month for card verification.. At first the order got cancelled but I think it's because vender did a drop shipment. All good now though. Thanks
