Ordered a part, waited about a week to receive an email to say it was shipped, then waited 2 months and about 10 emails later with no response to give up and request a refund, they said the item was still to be shipped, i knew it was bs so i got a refund through paypal and waited about 3 days but still got my money back. This business is a scam

Terrible company. I waited weeks for my order to ship. In the mean time, they bombard me with endless obnoxious spam from multiple addresses. I don't care about your stupid Youtube channel or crummy merch barely anyone has heard about. I just want my order already!

Awful awful awful…. Ordered in July, no product still (January)!! Little to no communication from them, emails chats phone( if you can ever get through) Soooo much time wasted trying to deal with this company. Cancellation is in process, but for how long??? It’s been over a week! Just want my money refunded …. Ps I’d rather listen to Mozart Update It’s now the first of February still nothing. Please DO NOT consider working with this company, nothing but frustration and anguish

There website sucks!!! It’s a complete scam do not order online!! I ordered a VIS AMS Carbon trunk and a seibon diffuser in September of 2021 last year for 2,300 dollars and still haven’t received my order, emailed them like 15 times and when I call they say they will talk to the shipper and get back to me which they have never done and they are ignoring me completely and keep sending me fake confirmation emails saying it’s about to ship it was supposed to be delivered November 18, 2021!!! 0 Stars I already filed a complaint with the BBB over it and luckily I did a payment plan so I can still dispute after they’re 60 days bs . Worst company ever!

Placed online order for a twin disc clutch. Got order # from website. 5 days later no email with tracking # Credit card not changed. Emailed, messaged, left detailed voice message still nothing. THEY JUST DON'T GET IT!!!!! DON'T USE!!!

Absolutely horrible C R A P company to work with. I asked for an RMA three weeks ago and still nothing after several emails chats and phone calls. Now today after I’m showing them all the negative reviews I’m leaving they’re starting to try and help. I’m going to continue to leave negative reviews everywhere UPDATE- after several 1 star reviews the company finally reached out to me- finally approved my Rma and is still 100% a C R A PPY company-

I ordered some springs from them, and they said they shipped right away. FedEx messed up and labeled the packages wrong so I received a package for some other person that had a cooler inside. Not even an item from Vivid. However, I immediately contacted Vivid to tell them what happened. They made me wait weeks while they researched and filed a claim with FedEx. Horrible customer service. Been calling weekly with hardly any answer. Then I get ahold of someone, and they say they will issue a refund. Still been calling weekly almost a month later trying to get my refund. Now told it was sent to accounting. Then a week later they tell me accounting is backed up. Total nightmare. Do not order anything from them.
