I have had great experience with Vitality Essential Oils. They have worked for me and shipping has been great. I have not had to return anything. The blends are nice and have been helpful for my hair and skin issues. Breathe Easy has helped when I had a cough. Frankincense has been helpful for skin issues. Aches and Pains helped my back pain. I use many of these oils with good success. Am sorry some people have had issues. No product will work the same on everyone. I do recommend Vitality Extracts since I have also used many other brands. Am grateful for sales when they have them. Thanks

What I've noticed is on their website no reviews under 5 stars exist which is EXTREMELY fishy and I know they delete them if they are lower then 5 and that's sketchy. Also only offer free shipping if your order is $80 or $100! Otherwise it's 9.99 even if you get a 1oz item or even 10ml item! I had terrible luck with their bracelets and ordered one and no lie Everytime they sent a replacement or came broken! The 5th one I said forget it just refund me and they refunded me $2 yet I paid $11!! Also the car atomizer blew up and broke my ac/DC cigarette lighter!! I sent them a picture and they responded with "you should take to a mechanic to get pieces out so you don't get electrocuted!!! They sent a replacement and after 1 day it leaked,I crazy glued it and it stopped working. Another $12+$9 shipping down the drain! Of course you're not going to find any of these reviews on their site which is very dishonest.

Why is it that every time I place an order which is usually over $100 to get the free shipping perk, I then get several emails/texts telling me of a HUGE BOGO sale that wasn’t available an hour ago when I placed my order??? 🤬

I am seeing positive results from using the Skin Envy Balm. I placed an order that was delayed indefinitely by USPS, and after reaching out to the company I was sent a replacement. Good customer service.

This is the first company I have bought essential oils from and there’s been a growth curve in learning how to get the best prices and customer service when needed. I like the website, being able to read lots of reviews, and it’s pretty easy to navigate. Their retail prices are higher than some and lower than the prestige MLM brands. The quality of the oils is very good and they give helpful information about all their products. I’m not crazy about their AI and didn’t find it helpful for my particular questions. But I have had excellent customer service by calling during business hours and even on the chat, though it’s frustratingly slow. Their sales are really great and it’s worth getting text announcements. Because I have spent a lot I am considered a VIP and I get perks with special prices and products. There is a flat $10 shipping fee unless you order over $100, and then it’s free. I have had some broken and leaky products delivered and they have been promptly replaced when I wrote or called. When I shop online I hate that each time I open on a product to check it out I have to go back and start at the beginning each time. It’s so time consuming and annoying. But I really like the products and some of the sales are wild, like 30ml bottles for $10. I don’t think the BOGO’s are as good a deal as the other types of special pricing. I keep track what I pay for each item as the pricing varies. I am a big fan of this company and I believe it’s owned by a veteran, which makes me really happy!

The project is deceiving customers.

their whole website just looks like a cheap scam. it took me a long time to try it. the pricing is hard to follow. however, the aches and pains oil actually works quite well. i use it solely now, leave all my other pain topicals unused. helichrysum is slowly fading brown spots on my skin and slightly helps with red skin spots, bruises. their current sale has raised the price of the oils i usually buy. it seems prices change as you are shopping but it usually works out better than expected in the end. they send a lot of email messages, always some kind of special going on. i suspect they are using algorithms to raise prices on customer's favorites, no proof.

I have been using Vitality balms and oils for a year or so. For me the balms have helped me to manage knee arthritis and lower back pain as well as or better than the Voltaran generic ointments. Some work better than others for me. I also like the Cacay carrier oil for my face as a night moisturizer. It's not greasy and I can tell a difference in my skin at age 74.
