Customer service is non existent and the oils are trash! Don’t waste your money.

They offered me a sample with free shipping. I followed the prompts to enter my email and give my phone number for text messages. I received a code. When I went on their site., it was no longer a free balm, but but one and get one free. And no longer free shipping. You had to spend $100. And my code would not work. I called customer service and I told her that this was false advertising . But she said she would let her manager know,

first of all your customer service representative on the phone was the absolute worst experience. I told her I could not successfully inhale the breathe easy and she argued and said the diffuser works perfectly for her. I told her I DIDN'T but the diffuser. I told her I had purchased the inhaler and she asked me what I bought it for. I said to "breathe easy" She was insulting to me and rude. It took me awhile to keep trying the product and I finally gave up trying today. She told me,"it sounds like you need to go to the Dr. (OMG) I choked on the inhale and could not inhale the product.She refused to return, and because of this rude customer service, I will NEVER order Vitality products again!!!

Love skin envy balm. So good on my dry skin on my face. Seems to help wrinkles.

I have been using their Three Kings balm and the nerve pain in my knee has gone from an 8-1 most days. Bruises have a half life with this as well. Joint pain, what joint pain?!

For the most part, I like their products. The oil and balm combination help with pain. I just got another order and, as has been in the past, the bottle cap isn't tight, so the oil leaks all over the container. This one happened to be a roll-on but I have had it happen on bottles of oils as well. Also, I've had bottles where the caps don't screw on tight and kept turning and turning, and droppers broken in the order.I think they could do better on quality control. Despite my contacting the company, they said sorry but offered no replacements.

Promises made about Vitality Extracts for their Helichrysum Oil Balm were not true for me. I saw no improvement from using this product. Then the worst part is that they have a 7 day return policy and only for store credit, not for a refund. This is not sufficient time to even see if the product is effective. Plus if the product is NOT effective, I do not want to receive a credit for another product from them. I think this is a terrible product and a terrible company for false advertising and unreasonable return/refund policy.

I had pain for weeks after a tetanus shot and this balm was pretty much the only thing that helped. My doctor had given me prescription NSAIDs and muscle relaxers. I tried ice, heat, and KT tape. Nothing really helped until my mom let me use her Vitality Frankincense Balm. I can't believe it helped so much! I'm definitely a fan.
