i uploaded 5 photos of my family to be processed for Canada PR card, 1 of them got rejected by the PR portal due to "Your photo may be too bright or too dark". I emailed the support of visafoto.com and within a few minutes they replied back with a couple of photos to try on. This time the new photos got accepted by the Canada PR portal. Superb service!
