I recommend using visafoto than using post office..I took my sons photo on my smart phone ,payed the 8 dollars sent it threw they edited it sent it back to me in 2mins..didn't work first time in the application, but emailed them straight back with a screenshot of the problem then got back to me straight away with a new edited photo at no charge and was fixed and complied with the regulations..can't thankyou enough,

The first photo with glasses didn't get through. The customer support has given me useful advice and assist me to have another photo (without glasses) at no extra fee.

I needed two photos with certain specifications for an Evisa before my vacation. I couldn’t figure out how to do it myself, but Visafoto did this for me easily. My first picture submission to the was done incorrectly so they emailed me to tell me how to proceed along with tips on best picture taking. After several emails with them, they were able to do what I needed. They were very responsive to emails and wrote back right away. They were so helpful and made the process very easy. I definitely recommend!

I am really satisfied with the service

They tell you they'll give you a refund if your photo doesn't get accepted. But my photo kept being rejected by the official US site. I emailed Visafoto but they said that that doesn't matter and the photo would have worked for the passport. I wasn't going to go to the passport appointment without knowing for sure that the photo worked, so I went to a pro and got a photo done. Visafoto would not refund my money.
