Hugh problems with currency exchange
They will attempt to charge you a different price, depending on where you live. The price you see on the screen is not what you pay. This is totally unacceptable in principle. But as if that wasn't enough, the price will be completely different. E.g. I see 4.50 EUR and they have tried to charge me 7.00 GBP. 7.00 GBP are approximately 8.00 EUR! Shame on you! -- Adding details as requested: The price 4.50 EUR was probably 5.00 EUR after a 10% discount applied. However, it is still a huge problem if I see 5.00 EUR and I am charged 7 GBP. I agree there is probably a technical issue. The only detail I can add to help you with your investigation is that I was connecting from Europe (hence the price is in EUR) and I was using a British payment card (hence the charge in GBP). However, this does not justify the behaviour of the site at all. If you are unsure of the price and currency you are applying, at least let your payment service provider (probably Stripe) show it on the screen.

Hello, Our fees do vary slightly from country to country, but we have never had a price of 4.50 EUR. Our price in the EU is fixed: 5 EUR for all countries. According to our policy, the price you see on the screen is actually the one you pay. If you see the price of 5 EUR, you are supposed to pay exactly 5 EUR. If your country is the UK, the fee is 7 GBP. If you are sure of the price discrepancy, it is a technical error and we would appreciate details of what happened. If you have a screenshot confirming the price mentioned in your review, please send it to [email protected] we will definitely sort it out! Upd: According to our pricing policy, if you are in Europe and using a British card, you will still be charged EUR 5 by us. The only way it would be converted to GBP pricing is if our system detects that you are in the UK. It's possible that your IP address changed to a British one. Could you confirm if this is a possibility? Thank you for your feedback and for reporting the issue!
