It didn’t work for me and when i mailed the customer care they were so rude and said they don’t do perform miracles to photos. Very rude customer care.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I used this service to generate a visa photo for IRCC (Canada), where requirements are very strict. The photo I received was clearly not compliant: visible editing artifacts (halo around the head from background removal) and a white border issue when downloading the file. I contacted support multiple times, provided screenshots, and explained the problem clearly. Instead of addressing the issue, they kept denying it and gave irrelevant explanations. Even worse, they stated that a refund would only be possible if the official IRCC website rejects the photo. This is not acceptable — customers are paying for a compliant photo, not to take risks with an official application. This kind of service should be reliable and professional given the stakes involved. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. I strongly advise against using this service for any official documents.

The photo you received was generated based on your original image, which was of good quality, and formatted according to the specified requirements for Canadian work permit photos. About the issues you mentioned: • The file itself doesn’t contain any white border. What you’re seeing is most likely how your image viewer displays the photo (for example, macOS Preview shows images on a white background, which can look like a frame). • We also reviewed the image for editing artifacts (like a halo around the head) and didn’t find anything that would affect compliance. To help, we re-sent the file, shared screenshots with the exact dimensions, and even changed the background color so the edges are easier to see in different viewers. Regarding refunds: we do offer a full refund if the photo is officially rejected by IRCC. This way, the decision is based on the actual requirements, not how the image may appear in a specific app. We understand how important these applications are and are happy to help further if you decide to proceed or receive feedback from IRCC.

Extremely rude customer service for this company, specially person named Tatiana. Do not use this website, their system gave me wrong picture. I requested India Passport Seva document, 4.5x3.5 cm (630*810 pixels), and it gave me 51x51 cm, and despite providing a proof of confirmation received from their website about my ordered size, the person Tatiana claimed their system is never wrong, and was extremely rude. This website does not deserve your money. Please do not use it.

Paid the £8 to have my passport photo verified. Submitted it and it was rejected on my application. Telephone number did not connect, just a recorded message. Have sent 3 emails to their support email and not even so much as an acknowledgement. Scam company in my view.

J ai fait une photo pour visa inde, ma photo a été refusée par le consulat , j ai fait une demande par mail à visafoto qui l a dit que je n avais pas été débité , alors que j ai bien été prélevé de 8€ J ai donc refait une réclamation mais pas de response …pressé par le temps j ai du commander ailleurs et la photo est très bien passée au consulat .. très déçu par ce service je ne risque pas de recommencer et ne la conseille vraiment pas
