I paid for my photo over an hour ago. Have not received it in the email. The phone number says to email customer support. Did that too. NO response at all. Paid for nothing. I think is a scam and the reviews may not be genuine. Super disappointed.

Their customer service was excellent and very responsive. NOTE: if you are needing to print out 2x2 pics for a state license renewal like i was, and are doing so on standard 8.5 x 11 paper, they will need to reformat the pic for you in order to get it to print out correctly.

I needed an ID picture compliant for a visa for China and the final image worked perfectly. The team is also super reactive and cordial, I initially had a glitch and they responded and sent me a new picture within 1 hour.

I do not recommend! I paid the service, but foto was not accepted by the state department. Customer support answered it was my fault and that I can send them another foto for correction. After that they just stopped to answer. I spent money for nothing. Feel dissatisfied and disappointed.
