Wrong passport photo print

Hello. Apparently, the copy center staff did not set the print settings correctly and changed our default settings. Because of this, the top two photos were actually printed in the wrong size. To correct the situation, we sent you detailed instructions on printing the file at A4 paper and setting up the printer. The photo processed on Visafoto passed all the checks on the State Department website and was ready to use. Very sorry that you were never able to use a photo that fully met the official requirements. However, in this case the error was not made by us, but by the employees of the printing service, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Timely responses and results oriented
They helped to make the photos for me three times since I couldn't pass after uploading the photos on the visa application website. They provided their support friendly and responsively and didn't ask for extra charge for that. Will use their services in future if necessary.

Great Customer Service
It's great experience on Visafoto. I received the visa photo quickly. When the photo cannot be accepted due to background, Aida fixed it manually and resent the photo. Great customer service! Well done!
