These guys act like scammers. If it's a good price, they don't intend on delivering. Once you're refunded on eBay you can't leave feedback, but they cancelled 3 of my orders.

DO not do it. VIP Outlet are scammers! They will intentionally send you a much inferior product that what you ordered. I ordered a TCL TV that was on sale for $2999, however I got a $800 TV. I did not realize the bait and switched till after installation when the picture quality looked terrible. Now they will just say that they are sorry they made a mistake in shipping, but will not help with the return. I’m starting a credit card charge back as these guys are crooks.

Cancelled my order after 6 days of holding my money. Did not have stock for the item supposedly. Overselling thousands of units and holding people's money for days with no repercussions.

This company posts deals on eBay for refurnished electronics, but falsifies the amount of items in stock. They take your orders, keep your order sitting "awaiting shipment" limbo for a while while they held onto your Paypal payment, then they cancel your order with no explanation. eBay must be in cahoots with this seller, because eBay delete any negative feedback from buyers who describe this company's deceptive sales practices.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Ordered item, they held my money for over a week, then canceled it and said it was out of stock. However it wasnt out of stock, they just marked the price up 6x and canceled my order because I got a good deal on it. Fk em

The item arrived a week later than expected. As a result, I returned it. The item was returned via Fedex and received by VIP outlet on 2/13/2026. I contacted them several times to check the status of my return and each response stated that although the return had been received that it still "hadnt been checked in". With every email they claimed they were going to escalate and get the item checked in. Well....a week later and the item still isnt checked in and I am no closer to receiving my refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Do not do business with this company. Ordered a computer through Walmart online. Reveived 12/11. Returned in person to Walmart after opening an online return ticket 12/18 because no password was included. Still (2/19) cannot get a return call to messages left daily. Two months later, still no refund. Have tracking proving they recieved the computer back 12/26. They don't answer phones or emails. Walmart of zero help. Just filed credit card fraud charges.

Purchased a laptop from them through Walmrt at Christmas for my mother. She started signing her info into it and someone started trying to break into her Microsoft windows account since then. Laptop was slow. Returned on Jan. 31st and still have not received my money back. Beware of this company. Alexis Mcguiggan
