I love shopping with Vipoutlet. The service team was very friendly and professional, when I purchased a Broil King grill from your eBay store and had an issue with damage during shipping. I figured I saved over $1, 200.00 between a 65" LG 4K TV, 5 burner Broil King grill & 2 JBL LINK20 Bluetooth speakers. $1,200 in savings on great products, isn't good...it's crazy. So if you're asking if I'm happy with your service & better than great prices.. the yes, apsalutly. Keep up the good work. Ed

I originally had a poor experience with this company, but my goodness, the way they handled how I wasn’t satisfied with my order on eBay was terrific. I asked them to cancel my order and they went ahead and did it as well as letting me keep the item since it already shipped. I have never ever seen an online shop do that, it really shows they aren’t about the money but rather customer service. As a daughter of business owners, I can tell they really care. 10/10 in my book. I will be ordering from them again.

Took a chance on a great deal I found, & it arrived quickly, but horrible packaging for a ceramic carafe. Surprised it didn't break with zero cushion, but great deal, & worked out in the end.

Excellent transaction with this company! Item was labeled as refurbished, but arrived in brand new condition. Shipped promptly the same day! Zero complaints.
